ABETE at L'essenza Chalet

Abete is a penthouse with a private spa. It is located on the second floor of L'essenza Chalet and is arranged on two levels, with its 136sqm total.

It will feel like staying in a high mountain lodge, but with the convenience of being only 4km from Bormio center and 200m from the ski slopes, more precisely the iconic Pista Stelvio.

The attic is ideal for couples of friends or families who want the independence of the apartment, combined with the elegance and services of a spa. It features: sauna, steam room and hot tub. After a day of sports, it will be a dream to return to the chalet to rejuvenate. The penthouse accommodates up to 5 people.

On the entrance level is the spacious and bright living area consisting of an island kitchen with refrigerator, induction hob, combo oven, kettle, dishwasher, and a comfortable dining table with a view. In the living room there is a comfortable and large sofa and an electric fireplace, which is fantastic in winter to provide warmth and an alpine atmosphere. The sauna and steam room are also on the floor, plus two balconies with double exposure to enjoy the sun throughout the day.

On the second floor, on the other hand, is the sleeping area, with the master double bedroom, which features a private bathroom with shower, and the second bedroom, with a single bed and a French double bed. Next door is the bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi tub with a view.

Included services are: WiFi network, Smart TV in the living room and all bedrooms, washing machine, garage parking, private ski locker, shared bike room; towel set for each guest, linen and final cleaning.

L'essenza Chalet welcomes pets, with an extra charge. A request prior to booking is required for the Abete apartment.

The location of the Abete penthouse is ideal in both winter and summer. In San Pietro Valdisotto, L'essenza Chalet stands next to the ski slopes of Bormio Ski area, more precisely at the end of the San Pietro Wall, the most iconic downhill of the Stelvio Slope. This is where the world's best athletes will compete at the upcoming Olympic Games Milano-Cortina 2026 and can be admired from the penthouse balcony.

Even in summer, the property is ideal, for those looking for a good place to start adventures and bike ascents, such as Bormio 2000 or the great Alpine passes Stelvio and Gavia, but also for those who love to walk and hike in the mountains.
